这完全是看发挥了。确实如果被监考老师认为是死板地硬套模板的话是会扣分的，但是不会扣到违背考研评分规则常识的地步。比如今年考研大作为是环境污染和不文明行为的问题，这个题目是很容易压倒，很容易用模板的。我觉得大部分同学都是用了模板，关键是看你用的水平了。比如有的模板会有“这是个非常严重的问题，它违背了中华民族传统美德必须以法律的形式加以管制”，用在今年的作作文里就显得太严重了。还有比如小作文书信，一般模板的结尾都是非常感谢什么的 ，但是今年小作文是给朋友推荐一部电影，你再写非常感谢对方的帮助，可能就会以跑题为理由扣分。因为你写的'和考题不一致。
总之，用模板写不一定会扣分，关键是看你的作文水平。如果能灵活运用模板，是可以得到很高的分数的。即使运用的比较死板，只要不出现原则性错误，拿到12--15分是有希望的。比如去年的作文是谈文化，如果今年这个题目你套用的是谈文化的句子和主题，肯定会因为跑题而扣很多分。
另外最后还要看你的卷面书写和单词数量。
